Due to how our fulfillment system is set up, we can not add or remove items from your order after you’ve paid

Can I request a product or strain?

How long does shipping take?

Once your order is placed and we’ve received your payment, we will begin processing it.

Our cut-off for all shipments is noon (12:00PM PST). If you order past this time, your order will be shipped out the following day after noon.

All packages are shipped via Xpresspost, which can take up to 2-3 business days for delivery to most major cities. If you live in a rural area it may take a day or so longer. 

Tracking number is not working?

It may take up to 48 hours for Canada Post to update their system with the tracking number. If after 48 hours the tracking does not work please do not hesitate to contact sales@getmagicmushrooms.ca

How much does shipping cost?

Orders over $399 are shipped free! There is a $15 flat rate for orders under this amount

If you do not see the “free shipping” option at checkout, double-check the total is above $99 not including the $15 shipping fee

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Vancouver, BC – If your package is scanned in Richmond, BC the package is on the way

Why do you only ship via Canada Post?

We use Canada Post as they are the most lenient with mushrooms.

What will my package look like?

All contents are first packaged into a smell-proof mylar bag with a zip lock seal, then vacuumed sealed to ensure privacy. They are then shipped using a plain box or bubble mailer.

All shipments are smell-proof, discreet and have no indication of the contents
